About 1.7cm BD-IPMN in the pancreas uncinate process, N.C.
No evidence of main duct dilatation.
1.8cm hemangioma in S3.

2017-08-26 C.I. : pancreatic cyst.
2017-03-01 MR과 비교 판독함.
pancreas uncinate process에 약 1.7cm의 lobulating cyst가 있고 main duct와 연결성이 있음.
내부에 enhancing solid component 없고 main duct dil. 소견 없음. BD-IPMN으로 생각됨.
bile duct dil. 없음.
liver S3에는 1.8cm의 peripheral enhancing nodule이 있고 hemangioma에 합당한 소견임.
주변으로 tiny nodular AP shunt가 있음.
fatt liver가 의심됨. LK에 1cm 미만 cysts가 있음.
그 외 복강 내 특이 소견 없음. 판독의1 : 윤정희
