저희 어머니 항암 4차전에 시티를 찍었습니다.
폐전이 재발성 난소암 2번째 재발입니다.
도움 부탁드립니다.

CT Abdomen + Pelvic (c contrast) 2017.09.06
s/p TAH and BSO (BO: Serous adenocarcinoma, peritoneum +).
Compared with prior CT (2017-3-21)
1. No evidence of locoregional tumor recurrence or metastasis in the abdomen- pelvis.
2. No interval change of a 2.9 cm size post-operative lymphocele in Lt pelvic wall.
- No change of focal post-inflammatory scarring in Rt kidney lower pole.
- A tiny hepatic cyst in S2/3 of liver and minimal pelvic ascites.
3. No visible pulmonary nodule in the scanned lower lungs in this CT.
- No pleural effusion or ascites,
4. others show no remarkable change.

marked regression of multiple metastasis in both lungs.
just small lymph nodes in mediastinum.
others are not remarkable.
