CHEST CT, ROUTINE (NON-CONTRAST)
Clinical infromation : R/O RCC
Non-enhanced chest CT로 평가에 제한이 있음.
Several GGO lesions in BUL and RML.
Underlying pulmonary emphysema in both lungs.
Enlarged subcarinal LN.
No pleural abnormality.
Upper abdomen : please refer to abdomen CT.
*결론 및 진단
1. Several GGO lesions in BUL, and RML,
-> DDx. focal fibrosis or r/o pre-invasive adenocarcinomas.
2. Under lying pulmonary emphysema in both lungs.
3. Enlarged subcarinal LN.
-> R/o metastasis or other tumorous condition.
4. Upper abdomen : please refer to abdomen CT.

Clinical correlation with enhanced chest CT and FDG PET/CT for further evaluation.
