Right lower lobe wedge resection 이 된 상태임. Post-OP unusual finding없음.
Left lower lobe superior segment에 ill-defined nodular lesion이 생겼고 (Im 52) nonspecific inflammatory lesion으로 판단됨.
Prevascular LN나 subcarinal LN는 이전보다 크기가 작아졌음.
Right lower lobe surgical material 주변에 있던 nodular fat density는 변화없음.
