전문
History : A case of advanced atsge gastric cancer with peritoneal seeding, s/p gastric stent insertino and CTx.
Findings:
As compared with the previous abdominal CT study of 2019.10.22,
Still seen gastric stent located in lower body and antrum parts of stomach without complication.
Mildly progressive gastric distension without demonstrated in-stent obstruction.
Similar extent of known mucinous gastric cancer involving antrum.
No change of moderate amount of ascites.
Also no change in extentsion of soft tissue infiltration along omentomesentery and peritoneum.
Suspicious of small GB stones.
Impressions:
- Overall stable gastric cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis.
- Post gastric stent insertion without complication.
