이번엔 가슴CT입니다
현재는 위암 수술불가 4기, 복막전이입니다
보만4형으로 위전체가 암이라 우회술도 안되다고합니다
스탠트는했지만 위가전체적으로 팽창되어
위문부내경이 좁아져 고형식사는어럽고
하모닐란과 영양제만드시네요..
가슴CT는 폐전이는 아니란 뜻이지요?
History: stomach cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis on CTx.
Compared with previous study, taken on 2019-06-05.
Newly developed peribronchial GGO/consolidations in Rt. upper lobe, probably pneumonia.
A calcified granuloma in right apex.
No change of paraseptal emphysema/bullae in both upper lobes.
Multifocal subsegmental atelectasis in both lungs.
No definite evidence of lung metastasis.
No pleural effusion.
No pathologically enlarged lymph nodes.
Impression:
1. No definite evidence of intrathoracic
2. Pneumonia in Rt. upper lobe.
