rectal cancer. Both lungs show no remarkable mass.
Mediastinal, hilar, and supraclavicular lymph nodes are unremarkable.
Liver and bilateral adrenal glands are normal.
Imp) 1. No evidence of intrathoracic metastases.
[ MRI RECTAL [CE]G ]
1. 2.3cm segmental polypoid mass involving posterior wall of mid rectum
(anal verge above 10cm, 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock direction).;R/O Rectal cancer, T2 rather than focal T3, NL(-).
2. No evidence of extramesorectal LN enlargement.
3. No evidence of distant metastasis.
4. Collapsed colon with nonspecific mild wall thickening of ascending and transverse colon. ; Nonspecific wall thickening rather than colitis.
5. Scanty amount of pelvic ascites.
6. No evidence of enlarged LNs.
