Liver에 multiple variable sized HCC가 양쪽 lobe에 scattering됨.
Portalvein은 intact함.
Portahepatis area, portoccaval and paraortic space에 1cm이상의 lymph node들 관찰됨.
Liver에 cirrhotic change 있음.
Smallamount의 ascites 있음.
Bothkidneys and pancreas에 특이 소견 없음.
GallBladder가 distension 됨.
Renalhilum level의 aortocaval 그리고paracaval에 여러 개의 1cm정도의 lymphnode 있음.

Diffuse multiple HCC inthe liver
Multiple metastatic lymphnodes in porta hepatis, portocaval, aortocaval and paraaortic space.
Liver cirrhosis and smallamount of ascites.
