DDx. lymphoproliferative disease
Abd CT; Mid rectal cancer (T3 N0/1 M1) with multiple distant lymph node
metastasis, - DDx. mid rectal cancer (T3 N0/1) with combined other primary cancer or
lymphoma
PET CT; 2. Possibly, metastatic LNs in
(1) both external iliac, internal iliac, common iliac, paraaortic, aortocaval, retrocaval,
SMA, portocaval, hepatoduodenal ligament, left gastric lymph regions.
(2) metastatic LNs in both supraclavicular, Rt. upper and lower paratracheal,
prevascrular regions.
DDx. lymphoproliferative disease.
3. Possibly, focal bone marrow hyperplasia in Rt. iliac bone.
DDx. Bone metastasis.
