RLL pulmonary artery 내부에 filling defect 가 있으며thromboembolism or tumor embolism 가능성이 있음
1. multiple pulmonary metastases in both lungs
2. LN mets in left supraclavicular , and bilateral internal mammary chain
3. filling defects in RLL pulmonary arteries
-thromboembolism or tumor embolism
