1. Possibal minimally enlarged pancreatic cancer involving uncinate process (from 3.8cm to 4.3cm on coronal scan) with total encasement of SMA and SMV.
2. Slightly progression diffuse biliary tree dilatation with suspicious stent clogging with food material.
3. Newly suspicious mild dilatation of duodenal 1st and 2nd portion. ; Suspicious duodenal 3rd portion obstruction.
4. Still noted severe steatosis of the liver.
5. No significant interval change of 1.2cm metastasis in S5 (Srs 701, #58).
6. Ill-defined enhancement in S5/6. ; AP shunt rather than metastasis.
7. Minimal pelvicascites.
