1. No evidence of active bleeding focus.
2. Diffuse wall thickening of stomach.
-> R/O Gastritis
3. Interval increase in extent of duodenal dilatation, proximal to op. bed.
4. Collapsed IVC with wall thickening and hypo enhancement of ileum.
Hypo enhancement of liver.
-> Secondary change due to hypotension
5. Diffuse subcutaneous edema.
6. Known UIP.
[CONCLUSION]
1. Interlobular septal thickening and GGO at both lungs.
--> pulmonary edema
2. Interval decrease in the amount of pericardial effusion and body wall edema.
3. No interval change in the extent of reticular opacity, honeycombing appearance, irregular fibrosis and GGO in both lungs (peripheral zone and lower lung zone dominancy).
--> UIP
4. New appearance of ground glass opacity and consolidation at right upper lobe, right lower lobe superior segment.
--> pneumonia
5. Fibrotic band with volume loss of right upper lobe.
--> sequelae of previous infection
