procedure
f-18 FDG was given to the patient intravenously. PET imaging using a standard protocol was performed from the neck to the proximal thighs. the obtained images were reconstructed into axial, sagittal, and coronal planes. low-dose, non-contrast-enhanced ct scan was performed primanily for anatomic localization and attenuation correction.
findings

the previously mentioned portocaval LN shows high FDG uptake(SUV, 4.1) : compatible with LN metastasis
Moderate uptake in small LNs at portocaval space below Lt. renal vein without size change:probably reactive
diffuse thyroid uptake.
Lt. renal cyst without FDG iptake.
No other abnormal FDG iptake.
No definite metastatic lung nodule
impression
1. tumor recurrence in the previously noted portocaval LN
2. Moderate uptake in small portocaval LNs without size change.

3. Diffuse thyroid disease; Benign renal cyst, Lt. kidney
