Clinical information
1. colon cancer with ovary meta
2. op: Rt. hemicolectomy with adhesiolysis and TAH with both adnexectomy
3. CTx: FOLFIRI-acvastin (~2020.6)
4. For restaging
Findings:
2019. 11. 8 시행한 PET/CT와 비교판독 하였음.
perihepatic, omental, and mesenteric area에 hypermetabolic nodular uptake들이 새롭게 관찰됨.
pelvic cavity에도 multifocal hypermetabolic lesion 들이 있음
small bowel dilatation이 있으며 wall thickening이 동반됨.
Right hydroureteronespthrosis 관찰됨.
sacrum의 left ala and left lilac bone에 hypermetabolic lesion들이 관찰됨.
lung에 abnormal hypermetabolic lesion은 보이지 앟음.
그 외 sacnned field내에 significant hypermetabolic lesion은 보이지 않음.
[conclusion]
1. most likely, carcinomatonsis peritonei with small bowel ileus.
2. probable right hydroureteronephrosis d/t seeding
3. R/O Bone metastasis in the sacrum and left iliac bone.
