No significant change of the pancreas mass in the uncinate process with extension to the retroperitoneum, abutting the aorta. - invasion of celiac axis, Common hepatic artery, superior mesenteric artery, main portal vein, inferior vena cava and left renal vein. increased upstream pancreatic duct dilatation No significant change of borderline-sized or enlarged lymph nodes along the hepatoduodenal and peripancreatic areas, possibly metastasis. No change of multiple hepatic cysts and gallbladder fundal adenomyomatosis.
IMPRESSION: Progression of peritoneal carcinomatosis, suspicious of multifocal bowel wall metastases.
