조기위암 내시경 박리술 후 조직검사 결과인데 해석 부탁드려요
DIAGNOSIS :
A) Stomach, (lower body), endoscopic submucosal dissection:
- EARLY GASTRIC CARCINOMA, SINGLE, EGC TYPE IIc,
TUBULAR ADENOCARCINOMA, POORLY DIFFERENTIATED, DIFFUSE TYPE, 2 x 1.9 cm,
with 1) confinement to mucosa (invasion of muscularis mucosae)
2) no involvement of lateral and deep resection margins
3) lymphovascular invasion:not identified
4) perineural invasion: not identified
5) ulceration: not identified.
NOTE:
Please refer to the result of the immunohistochemical/histochemical staining below
*C-ERB B2: negative (0/3, no reactivity or < 10%)
*P53 : 3+ (>-2/3)
*EBV : negative (<10%)

Lesion:
An ill-defined, slightly depressed, firm lesion
(2.3*2.0*0.2 cm)
- 0.6cm apart from the nearest peripheral resection margin
- cross section: confinement to mucosa

remaining mucosa: unremarkable
