1. Multinodular and infiltrative HCCs in S4/8 of the liver.
2. Tumor thrombus in left portal vein (including intrahepatic PV) and middle hepatic vein, extension to IVC.
3. About 3.9cm T1 high S1 mass S8 liver dome without arterial enhancement.
- R/O dysplastic nodule.
- D/Dx. hypovascular HCC.
4. Underlying liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly.
5. Subserosal edema of the GB.
- possilve secondary change due to hepatopathy.
6. Small amount of ascites.
