ENDOSCOPY, STOMACH CT (POST-CONTRAST)
Following acquisition of a bolus of intravenous contrast material was administered, and two-phase CT
images were obtained in the standard fashion. These data sets were then transferred to an interactive
3D workstation, and 3D images were rendered according to the CT gastroscopy protocol.
C.I.: R/O Gastric cancer.

Stomach angle에 enhancing wall thickening 의심되고 minimal perigastric infiltration 동반하며 stomach
cancer 가능성이 있음.
Left gastric area와 common hepatic artery 주변, portocaval area의 small to borderline-sized lymph
nodes는 큰 변화 없음.
▣ 결론 및 진단
1. Possible gastric cancer at angle (R/O T3).
2. No significant change of small to borderline-sized perigastric, hepatoduodenal lymph nodes.
3. Slight decrease in size of presumed biloma in right inferior liver.
