50대 난소암 재발 환자입니다!
3개월전 ct에 재발로 보이는 이상소견 있었으나 주치의는 이정도로는 재발로 보지 않는다고 판단하고 계속 같은 항암 중입니다.

administered, and one-phase CT images were obtained in the standard fashion.

Pelvic peritoneal thickening은 좀 더 prominent하여 보이며, 양측 paracolic gutters의 nodular lesions
변함없이 관찰됨. Seeding으로 생각됨.
Abdominopelvic cavity solid organ에 metastasis evidence 없음.
Significantly enlarged lymph node 없음.
Liver에 cystic lesions 변화 없음.
Abdomen and pelvis에 그 외 다른 새로운 이상 없음.
Bony structure에 metastasis evidence 없음.
Thoracic finding은 chest CT 판독을 참고하시기 바람.

Suspected, stable state of diffuse peritoneal seedings in abdominopelvic cavity.
