1. Stomach, distal-mid antrum, PW, endoscopic biopsy :
Atypical glands,
suspicious for ADENOCARCINOMA (see note)

Some atypical glands with architectural and cytological atypia, are seen with surgace erosion. The pissibility of adenocarcinoma is suspected and Multiple rebiopsy is recomended.
2. Stomach, prepylorus, GS, endoscopic biopsy :
Chronic gastritis, active with intestinal metaplasia
