Multiple perilesional lymph nodes.
A few small heterogenously-enhancing lesions, Liver right lobe [Srs 9/ Img 103].
--> R/O AGC with metastatic lesions.
Fatty liver.
Multiple small diverticuli, sigmoid colon.
Atherosclerotic changes of the aorta and other arteries.
Otherwise, no remarkable findings in the abdomen.
Recommendation]
Liver MR F/U, if indicated.
