MRI 3T, Pelvis(Contrast)
[Radiologic Findings]
Clinical Hx:
1. 장의 복벽 유착의증.
Findings:
Post-hysterectomy state without any post-Op. complications.
Less 3 cm size thin walled unilocular cyst in the left ovary suggesting benign cyst including functional cyst.
No visualized right ovary probable due to previous resection or out of imaging field.
No visible gross abnormality in the other pelvic organs and GI tract.
Minimal ascites in the pelvic cavity suggestive of physiologic ascites.
No visible enlarged lymph nodes over 1 cm in the pelvic cavity.
No bony abnormality in the pelvis.
[CONCLUSION]
Conclusions:
1. Post-hysterectomy state without any post-Op. complications.
2. Less 3 cm size benign cyst including functional cyst in the left ovary.
3. No visualized right ovary probable due to previous resection or out of imaging field.
자궁경부암 완치후 3년 다 되어 가네요.
