Uterine cervix에 5cm 가량의 tissue defect area가 있으며 주변으로 vascularity가 매우 증가되어 있음.
임상정보로 주어진 gestational trophoblastic disease와 관련된 소견으로 판단됨.
Uterine lower body의 tissue defect 부위 left aspect에 1.1cm 가량의 focal enhancing lesion이 있는데, 같은 부위에 diffusion restriction도 동반되어 있음.
Residual tumor 가능성 있음.
Right ovary의 benign-looking cystic lesion은 functional cyst로 판단됨.
Left kidney에는 3.8cm Bosniak category 11 cyst 있음.
결론 및 진단
1. About 5cm tissue defect with peripheral abundant vessels in the uterine cervix.
2. No evidence of metastasis in the abdomen pelvis.
