■ F-18 FDG 7.3mCi 정맥 주사 60분 후에 scan 하였음. (혈당: 97mg/dl)
■ Clinical History: Rectum Adenoca., Rt Breast cancer
■ Torso:
- Lasix를 주사하고 스캔한 영상임.
- Rt breast의 upper outer portion에 mild한 FDG 섭취증가병변(SUVmax: 3.36)이
cystic change를보임.
- Rt axilla (level I, II/III), Rt supraclavicular LNs에 multifical hypermetabolic lesion
(SUVmax: 9.06~19.9)이 관찰됨.
- Sigmoid colon 부위에 FDG 섭취증가병변(SUVmax: 14.4)이 있음.
- 다른 장내의 mild한 FDG 섭취는 physiologic uptake로 보여짐.
- Fatty liver와 both pleural changes 소견이 있음.
1. C/W Rt breast malignancy with LNs metastasis
2. Sigmoid colon cancer with regional LNs metastasis, more likely than metastasis
---> Double primary malignancy, suggestive
