안녕하세요, 대장암 소액암 지급 관련해서 문의드리고자 글 올립니다.
건강검진 시 대장내시경을 시행하였는데, 거기서 5개의 용종을 제거하였고,
그 중 하나는 양성(D126), 하나는 악성(C189)으로 진단을 받았습니다.
의사 선생님께서 진단서에 C189부분을 기재해 진단서를 발행해 주셨고,
이와 함께 검사결과지를 교보생명에 제출하였습니다. ( 교보 큰사랑 CI )
제 개인적으로는 일반암으로 진단해 보험금을 지급하리라 생각했느데,
보험회사 측에서는 점막내암 이라며 소액암 보험금을 지급하네요..
- 교보생명 약관에는 소액치료비암(6종), 상피내암, 경계성 종양 관련한 부분은 소액암으로 지급한다고
되어 있습니다만, 점막내암, 제자리암 등 관련한 내용은 표기되어 있지 않았습니다.
인터넷 상에서 많은 자료를 찾아봐도 전문가가 아니니 복잡하기만 하네요,
고객센터에 전화해서 심사자와 통화를 해봐도 같은말만 반복을 하니 조금 답답해서요,
해서 여기에 검사 결과지를 올려 문의를 드려봅니다.
이미 보험금이 지급된 이후에는 방법이 따로 없는건가요 ?
일반암 보험금 지급이 가능한건지,
이런 경우 금감원이나 소비자원에 도움을 요청해 볼만한건지, 아니면 손해사정사를 알아봐야 하는지...
생각이 많이 복잡하네요.
